Welcome to roVAro.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to roVAro. roVAro operates this online store and website, including the information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services to you.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”), together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services or purchasing products from us.
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, interacting with, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you have provided consent for any minor dependents to use the Services under your supervision where permitted by law.
When making a purchase or creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account.
You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person without our authorization.
SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS & PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including their features, specifications, dimensions, colors, accessories, and appearance.
However, actual colors or appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, display settings, lighting conditions, manufacturing batches, or other reasonable production variations.
Product descriptions, specifications, availability, pricing, and other information may be updated when necessary.
We reserve the right to discontinue products or limit quantities available to any person, geographic area, or jurisdiction where reasonably necessary.
Product images may include lifestyle settings, props, coffee capsules, cups, ingredients, or other objects for illustrative purposes. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the applicable product page, such items are not included with the product.
SECTION 3 – PRODUCT USE & SAFETY
The roVAro Portable Espresso is a portable electrical coffee-making appliance containing electronic components, a rechargeable lithium-ion battery system, a heating system, and components designed to come into contact with water and coffee during normal operation.
You agree to use the product according to the instructions supplied with the product and any applicable safety instructions made available by roVAro.
For safe and proper operation:
- Do not immerse, rinse, or wash the main electronic body of the device under running water.
- Keep the USB-C charging port and electrical components dry.
- Do not operate or attempt to brew or heat water while the device is charging.
- Use a compatible 5V/2A power source for charging.
- Do not operate the heating function without water in the water tank.
- Do not fill the water tank beyond its indicated maximum capacity.
- Exercise caution when handling hot water, freshly extracted coffee, and parts of the device that may become hot during or immediately after operation.
- Allow the device to cool appropriately before cleaning or handling components that may remain hot.
- Do not intentionally expose the device to heavy rain, immersion, excessive moisture, or other conditions likely to allow water to enter electronic components.
- Do not use the product if the charging port, battery, housing, or other electrical components appear seriously damaged.
- Do not intentionally disassemble, modify, puncture, crush, or otherwise alter the battery or internal electrical components.
Improper use may result in product damage and may create safety risks.
Additional cleaning, charging, maintenance, and operating instructions may be provided in the product manual and/or the product information available on our website.
SECTION 4 – BATTERY, CHARGING & PERFORMANCE
The roVAro Portable Espresso uses an internal rechargeable lithium-ion battery system and USB-C charging.
Battery runtime, heating performance, and the number of brewing cycles available per charge may vary depending on factors including:
- Initial water temperature;
- Water volume;
- Ambient temperature;
- Battery charge level and battery age;
- Brewing method;
- Frequency of heating cycles; and
- General operating conditions.
Performance figures displayed on our website represent product specifications or expected performance under applicable conditions and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that identical results will occur under every environment or use case unless expressly stated otherwise.
Battery capacity and performance may naturally decrease over time and with repeated charging cycles.
SECTION 5 – ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, or inaccurate order information.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been accepted for fulfillment.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests submitted before fulfillment begins. However, once an order has entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Purchases through our consumer store are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed by us.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and related remedies are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
SECTION 6 – PRICING, PAYMENT & BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotional offers may change from time to time.
The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import charges, or other applicable charges may be calculated separately at checkout or may otherwise apply depending on the destination.
Where our store expressly advertises Free Shipping for an eligible destination or order, no standard shipping charge will be added for that eligible shipment.
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and contact information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charge for your purchase.
SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable shipping charges are displayed on our website or during checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.
Actual delivery times may be affected by factors outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, severe weather, transportation disruptions, peak shipping periods, and other logistical events.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you discover an error in your shipping information, please contact us immediately at support@rovaro-store.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, appears defective upon arrival, or is lost in transit, please contact us according to the procedures in our Return & Refund Policy so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where applicable.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 8 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & PRODUCT ISSUES
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged shipments, incorrect items, and defective products are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Please review that policy before completing your purchase.
Any rights provided under our Return & Refund Policy are in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
SECTION 9 – PRODUCT WARRANTY
Where a roVAro product is offered with a written warranty, the applicable coverage, exclusions, claim procedure, duration, and available remedies will be described in the warranty terms made available with or before the applicable purchase.
Warranty coverage does not replace or restrict any statutory or implied rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper charging, unauthorized modification, liquid intrusion into electronic components, or use inconsistent with the supplied product instructions may not be covered to the extent permitted by applicable law and the applicable warranty terms.

The Services and their content, including roVAro branding, logos, text, graphics, photographs, videos, page designs, product content, and other materials owned by us or licensed to us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal and non-commercial purposes.
Unless authorized by us or otherwise permitted by law, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected content owned by roVAro.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property appearing on the Services remain the property of their respective owners.
SECTION 11 – OPTIONAL TOOLS & THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We may provide access to tools, integrations, applications, payment services, or other functionality operated by third parties.
We do not necessarily control these third-party services.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies provided by the applicable third party.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, roVAro is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

SECTION 13 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
roVAro is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make through our store are made directly with roVAro.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of roVAro products and is not responsible for the transactions between you and roVAro, including injury, damage, or loss arising from products purchased directly from us, except to the extent Shopify may separately be responsible under applicable law or its own services and terms.
SECTION 14 – PRIVACY
Our collection, processing, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Services are governed by our Privacy Policy.
Because our store is powered by Shopify, certain personal information may also be processed by Shopify in connection with providing and improving its services.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that it does not unlawfully infringe the rights of another person.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise violates these Terms.
We will not knowingly alter customer reviews in a manner that materially misrepresents the customer's expressed opinion.

Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.

In particular, these Terms do not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless roVAro and its affiliates, service providers, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, or liabilities arising directly from:

- Fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct committed through the Services.
SECTION 23 – SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
SECTION 24 – WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to exercise or enforce a right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with the policies and terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Services and supersede prior versions relating to the same subject matter.

The courts having jurisdiction under applicable law will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, products, business practices, or legal requirements.
